WhatsApp has updated its FAQ pages indicating that it will end support for some older devices soon. These devices include old iPhones, Android and Windows-powered phones. The company says the main reason behind the move is that these older devices won’t be able to keep up with new features coming to the platform. Several years after giving up on developing its Windows 10 Mobile OS, Microsoft has only been providing security updates and technical support for their Windows-powered smartphones. That is no longer the case after the company announced yesterday that they will no longer provide software updates. It is that day of the month when Xiaomi had planned to launch a successor to the Redmi K20 series in China. Apart from the Redmi K30, Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi also announced a Redmi AC2100 Router, a RedmiBook 13 laptop, and a Redmi smart speaker. Microsoft has introduced a new design to its Office apps on mobile. The new design overhaul follows a similar theme as what the company has introduced in the recent past on most of its products – a ‘Fluent Design System’ theme.
