Nokia had planned to wrap up its Android 10 update roster by Q2, but that didn’t happen. In March, HMD Global pushed forward its Android 10 rollout timeline. Telegram has been known for its great respect for privacy. For users, it’s a win situation, but for authoritarian governments, it doesn’t and has never sat well with them.
