Safaricom has today announced the introduction of new phone number prefixes for its subscribers. With the growing number of subscribers, new prefixes are needed to keep up with that demand. Safaricom and Jumia have partnered to extend a 5% discount to shoppers of the e-commerce platform who pay with M-Pesa.
