Verto has been recognized among the 50 fastest-growing tech firms in the UK in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 UK 2025 list.

According to Ola Oyetayo, CEO and Co-Founder of Verto, the company’s mission is to make international payments “frictionless, inclusive, and affordable for all businesses, particularly in Africa.” He added that Kenya remains a cornerstone of Verto’s operations as it continues to facilitate global trade and financial inclusion.

“We are incredibly honored to be named by Deloitte as one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK,” said Oyetayo. “This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to solving the challenges of cross-border payments for businesses in emerging markets.”

Verto’s platform currently supports transactions in over 200 international markets and processes more than $25 billion annually, giving African businesses the tools to compete globally.

Verto is also investing in Africa’s innovation ecosystem through initiatives like the Verto Awards. This will celebrate early-stage startups driving impact in cross-border payments, foreign exchange and digital commerce. The 2025 Verto Awards will culminate in a gala event in Nairobi on November 27.

“Through the Verto Awards, we are equipping the next generation of African entrepreneurs with global visibility and tangible resources to scale,” Oyetayo noted.
