The Infinix Hot 30 was officially launched in Kenya yesterday. This is the latest from the company and joins the Infinix Hot 30i that has been on our shelves for a few days. The Infinix Hot 30i is available in the country for Ksh 15,500. The Infinix Hot 30 on the other hand is available for Ksh 22,899. At this price, the Hot 30 is a direct competitor to the recently launched Samsung Galaxy A14. You can get it at around the same price and these two have almost similar specifications.

The Infinix Hot 30 series is the first major smartphone release by the company in Kenya in 2023. It takes over from the Hot 30 that we did not hear that much of locally. Being the first smartphone from the company this year, we are expecting so much from it. The phone has potential to do well if you look at some of its key specifications.

It has an IPS LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate. Powering this phone is the MediaTek Helio G88 processor. This is not really impressive considering that this processor has been around for quite a while. Infinix should have gone with a different processor on this phone. Besides the processor, the Infinix Hot 30 has 8GB of RAM, 50MP main camera and 5,000 mAh battery.

Have a look at some of the other key specifications of the Hot 30.
