Google I/O event is back after a one-year hiatus. The company last held the I/O conference in 2019. Last year, Google canceled the annual event due to COVID-19. While the pandemic lives on, Google has decided to make the event online-only and free for everyone.

According to the company, the event will happen from May 18 to 20, few weeks before Apple’s 2021 WWDC event.

As usual, the company will unveil what’s next for its products at the event. Google will reveal all the new features coming in different platforms, including Android 12 and lots of other Google products, at the event. The company even revealed some hardware devices in its last event.

    Registration

Google has opened online registrations for the event already. Registration is free, and doing so will give you a chance to “personalized event suggestions and badges, access to live Q&As during Sessions, and the ability to chat inside I/O Adventure.”

The company also says registrants will reserve Workshops and Ask Me Anything Sessions (AMAs), live-streamed in multiple time zones.

Interested users can register for Google I/O 2021 today. The full schedule of the event will be posted later this month.
