The OPPO Reno 5 is the latest flagship from the company to launch in the country. This phone is currently available on pre-order in Kenya and when available in stores, it will retail for Ksh 41,999. This right around where its predecessor, the Reno 4 was available for. The current pre-order period for the Reno 5 goes all the way to March 1st.
The OPPO Reno 5 comes with a few upgraded specs compared to the Reno 4 but keeps some as they are like the Snapdragon 720G processor that powers both devices. The Reno 4’s performance was good back when I was using it and I expect the same with the Reno 5.
The OPPO Reno 5 is the first major release from the company to launch in Kenya this year but it is not the only device the company will have in stores in the coming weeks. The company will also be launching the OPPO Reno 5F in Kenya that should be available in stores for Ksh 31,999.
