According to multiple separate reports, Samsung is planning to launch the Galaxy S21 series earlier than usual next year. Now infamous leaker Evan Blass, aka Evleaks, has provided more details about the upcoming S21 trio.

The series will be available in three models; a regular S21, S21 Plus, and upper-end S21 Ultra and here’s what you should expect to see.

    Galaxy S21 Series Processor

The three phones will be powered by Qualcomm’s high-end Snapdragon 888 processor with an integrated 5G modem in the US. Elsewhere, expect the trio to have the company’s in-house 5nm Exynos 1080 processor.

    Galaxy S21 Series Colors

The trio will be available in various colors; violet, gray, white, and pink for the S21; violet, silver, and black for the S21 Plus and only silver and black for the high-end Galaxy S21 Ultra.

    Internal Storage

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will be the beefiest of all, tipping the scale at 6.8-inches. The S21 and S21 Plus have a 6.2- and 6.7-inch display, respectively.

256GB of internal storage will be available across the three models, but the S21 Ultra will also have a 512GB memory variant in some markets.

    Battery

The trio will have a 4,000mAh, 4800mAh, 5,000mAh battery for the S21, S21 Plus, and S21 Ultra, respectively.

    Camera

And in the camera department, you’ll find a 64-megapixel triple camera module on the S21 and S21 Plus. The Ultra model has a 108-megapixel additional lens. The S21 Ultra will also set itself apart from the rest by including support for the S Pen – but you will reportedly have to purchase it separately.

The device will be the company’s first Galaxy S series device to support the company’s stylus pen that has long been a staple feature in the Galaxy Note series.

TM Roh, the Head of Samsung’s Mobile Communications Business recently, in a blog post, said the company would bring favorite features of their Galaxy Note series to other Galaxy devices.

    Design

Many rumors have surfaced, giving us a view of how Samsung’s next S series devices will look. Renders have shown the devices will retain the hole punch as in the S20 series. Aesthetically, Samsung Galaxy S21 series design isn’t far different from the S20. On the back is when you’ll notice some differences in the camera modules.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Series Launch Date and Price

Multiple rumors have suggested Samsung will launch the S21 series earlier than usual to give Huawei a run for their money. Tm Roh said the company would share more details in January.

Evleaks says the company will launch the trio on 14th next month. Pre-orders will kick off the following day, on January 15th, and the trio will be available on shelves starting 29th.

For now, there are no concrete details about the prices of the trio.
