If you have been eyeing the new Xiaomi Mi Band 4, you can get it in the country for Ksh 4,000. The fitness band is available through Xiaomi Kenya on its Jumia shop and you can get it offline through its Mi Home shops in Nairobi.

The Xiaomi Mi Band 4 is the latest iteration of the company’s popular fitness band but it has taken quite a long time to get to the country. It was unveiled in China back in June and only recently did Xiaomi Kenya officially bring it to the country. You could still get it through third-party distributors if you wanted to.

With the Mi Band 4, Xiaomi incorporated a slightly bigger 0.95-inch AMOLED display. This is a colour display with a resolution of 120 x 240 pixels. The display has a 2.5D curve and is touch-sensitive.

For the battery, the Mi Band 4 has a 135 mAh unit that the company says will last for up to 20 days on a single charge. This will vary depending on how you use it but when it comes to charging, that will take you about 2 hours to fill up the battery.

The Mi Band 4 has a continuous heart-rate tracker, swimming stroke recognition, calories tracker among other things. It also does support Bluetooth 5.0 and comes with the new UI that was introduced with the introduction of this band.

In addition to the features above, the Mi Band 4 has music controls, ability to respond to notifications, answer/reject calls, change watch faces, activity tracking etc.

If you want the Mi Band 4, you can get it through Jumia here.
