A few days ago, the Infinix Note 4 was officially launched in Kenya through online retailer, Jumia. The phone is available for ksh 13,999 which is a reasonable price considering its specs. The Infinix Note 4 isn’t the only device the company has been working on, there is also the Infinix Note 4 Pro whose main addition will be the stylus pen, the X-Pen.

The Infinix Note 4 Pro will be available in the Kenyan market in August but before that happens, we have the first images thanks to TechWeez.

TechWeez also reports that the phone will have a metallic back cover unlike the standard Infinix Note 4 that has a glass back. The company has kept the same 5.7-inch display, MT6753 Octa core processor, 13MP camera at the back and 8MP front facing one.

The RAM has changed and in the Note 4 Pro you will be getting 3GB of that paired with 32GB of internal storage space and a 4500 mAh battery. The standard Note 4 has 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage space and a 4300 mAh battery. As you can see, the two devices are not that different.

From the first photos I have seen, the Infinix Note 4 Pro looks bulky but I am meant to understand this has to do with the case that holds the X-Pen.

The X-Pen will help you with navigation, taking screenshots and taking notes even when the screen is locked. This is what we know about it at this point, I just hope there is more to it than these because so far I am not impressed. I would prefer having a Stylus pen that can do more than the bare minimum.

The price of the Infinix Note 4 Pro is still a mystery at this point, we will have to wait a couple more weeks to know that.

The big question right now is, will you be waiting for the Note 4 Pro? Is it a device that you plan to buy?
