Lenovo Launches the Vibe X3 Smartphone with 3GB of RAM and A 21MP Camera

Lenovo has just launched its latest smartphone, the Vibe X3, smartphone in India. This is the first smartphone from the company this year and will be available as from tomorrow for $293 (approximately Ksh 30,000).

The Lenovo Vibe X3 is a mid-range device with a powerful audio unit. It has stereo speakers on the front which offer Dolby Atmos effect. The audio quality through the headphone jack is also is also great since it is handled by a premium 32-bit ESS Sabre 9018C2M DAC with 3x op-amp for music.

Some other specs the Lenovo Vibe X3 comes with include a 5.5 inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. It is powered by a Snapdragon 808 Chipset coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable internal storage space. As for the processor, it has a Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 & Dual-core 1.8 GHz Cortex-A57. At the back it has a 21MP camera that is able to record 4K videos with an 8MP front facing camera.

For the battery, it has a 3600 mAh non removable unit. This phone comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop with Vibe UI on top. Am pretty sure that it will get updated to Android Marshmallow before the end of the year.

This phone is currently available in India and this means that we may be seeing it in Kenya anytime in the next few months.
