The Galaxy S4 sets itself apart from its predecessor with an 8 Core processor, a slightly bigger screen size with a much higher resolution resulting to a much higher ppi.
Both the S4 and the SIII have screen protections but the S4 has the latest one, Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The Galaxy S4 also has better cameras, a 13 Megapixel rear facing on the back and a 2 Megapixel camera in front, compared to the SIII that has an 8-megapixel camera on the back and a 1.9 Megapixel in front.
The Galaxy SIII and the S4 have quite a small difference in dimensions with the SIII being 1g heavier.
With the Galaxy S4, you can control or scroll down through web pages and documents on the screen by using your eyes. The S4 also has “Air Gestures” for you to control the phone by waving your hand above the screen. You can also pause videos by just looking away when using the Galaxy S4.
Looking at these features, the Galaxy S4 is the better device of the two.
