Yellow Card CEO and Co-Founder Chris Maurice Named to Stablecoins Most Influential 2026 List. This is Stablecon’s annual list of individuals shaping the global stablecoin ecosystem.
The list recognizes leaders across six regions and multiple categories, including stablecoin issuers, builders, policymakers, and executives. Honorees are selected using a five-factor framework that assesses influence, impact, innovation, momentum, and peer recognition.
Maurice joins a 2026 cohort that includes Coinbase President and COO Emilie Choi, Stripe Co-founder and CEO Patrick Collison, Paxos CEO and Co-Founder Charles Cascarilla and BlackRock Chairman and CEO Larry Fink.
“Many years ago, we took a bet on Stablecoins when few people could see what the future of finance would look like,” said Chris Maurice, Co-Founder and CEO of Yellow Card. “Today, being celebrated among the leaders of this industry tells me that bet is paying off. Conviction is the only currency that matters before the world catches up to you.”
Under Maurice’s leadership, Yellow Card says it has facilitated more than $7.5 billion in transaction volume over the past 12 months while expanding its operations across Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and North America. The company has also secured backing from investors including Polychain Capital, Blockchain Capital, and Coinbase Ventures, and established partnerships with Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
