Tecno is set to launch its new foldable smartphones in Kenya in a few weeks. The two phones, the Tecno phantom V Fold 2 and V Flip 2 are currently on pre-order in the country through exclusive stores or selected branded shops nationwide. The pre-order period has kicked off and runs through to September 30th.
The phones will be available for Ksh 84,000 and Ksh 139,000 for the V Flip2 and V Fold2 respectively. Those who pre-order will get the Tecno Watch Pro 2 for free and 1 year screen insurance. Delivery date for the pre-ordered units will be from September 30th.
The Phantom V Fold 2 and V Flip 2 are the second foldables from Tecno. The first ones were good but not competitive with what was available from competitors on the market. I just hope Tecno has made these new ones better. I am a bit disappointed with the Phantom V Fold 2 as it comes with the same processor that was on the first Phantom V Fold.
