WhatsApp now lets you personalize chats with different wallpapers

WhatsApp

WhatsApp is often spotted working on a variety of new features and polishing on some existing ones. The latest feature to make it to the Facebook-owned instant messaging platform is just about some little customization.

WhatsApp now lets users set different wallpapers to different chats to give every chat a unique background. And the platform is also adding a rich selection of new wallpapers that you can choose from split into two categories – light and dark.

In addition to the wallpaper customization options, WhatsApp has also added the ability to search for stickers using emojis or text. Sounds familiar? Yes, that’s what Telegram has been doing for a very long time.

The Facebook-owned instant messaging platform WhatsApp has recently rolled out a new storage management tool that allows users to view and delete what’s eating their device storage.

Disappearing messages is yet another recently added feature, and the platform is also planning to include in-app purchases and cloud-hosting services to monetize the app.
