Netflix is bringing a couple of updates on its TV app that will make the discovery of new content to watch much more straightforward. The new functionality is part of a new tab available on the latest version of the Netflix TV app. Through the tab called New & Popular, users will find new and upcoming content available on the platform.

The New & Popular tab features content rows divided into different categories. You’ll navigate between the New row, Coming Soon, and the Top 10 row. Netflix is also adding a new section on the tab called Worth The Wait.

Worth The Wait will feature content that isn’t available on Netflix yet but is coming in the near future. Content available in this tab will be available between the next 15 and 365 days(Netflix will specify when a specific movie or TV Show will be available for streaming).

Netflix on mobile has a dedicated Coming Soon section as well(on the bottom), which allows you to view a brief description of upcoming Shows and a trailer. You can set reminders so that Netflix notifies you when the specific shows are available to watch.

The same case will also apply to the Worth The Wait row in the New & Popular tab on Netflix for TV.
