The Huawei Y7p is the latest from the company to launch in Kenya. The phone is available in retail stores across the country for Ksh 18,499. This is the third smartphone from the company to launch in Kenya this year. The other two are the Huawei Nova 5T and the Huawei Y6s that we reviewed recently. The Huawei Y series is made for the younger generation as we have seen a number of devices in this series the last one year.

The Huawei Y7p is the successor to the Huawei Y7 Prime 2019 that we saw last year at a time like this. The Y7p comes with upgraded specs and design that make it a worthy upgrade. The phone is targeting those who want reliable performance and camera experience for less than Ksh 20,000. This is a very competitive price segment that Huawei wants to capture.

With the Huawei Y7p on the market, you may be wondering what it has to offer and if that is good value for your money. Below we will look at some of the key specifications of this phone to help you decide if this phone if for you.
