If you have used Safaricom’s Zuri bot, then you already know how handy it is. The bot has changed how customers can access self-help services on Safaricom since it debuted sometime back – almost two years ago, to be specific.

The Chatbot Assistant was available on Facebook Messenger and Telegram and is now coming even closer to you – on WhatsApp.

With many people using WhatsApp every other day, this is the platform that could’ve been even more suitable to start with. No worry, nonetheless, it is now available.

Using Zuri, one can be able to do quite a lot of things on Safaricom.

From Buying data bundles, Airtime Top-up, checking your balance, accessing M-PESA reversal services and even ‘How To’ services like getting your PUK, accessing M-Shwari or KCB loans, etc.

How to Access Zuri on WhatsApp

First, follow this link here (you will be taken to Zuri’s WhatsApp account directly). Type anything and sent it, then you will be guided on how to proceed — it’s damn easy.
