In line with the timeline shared in September 2019, HMD Global has started rolling out Android 10 update for the Nokia 6.1 Plus. The last device to receive the update was HMD’s Nokia 7.1 which was seeded out with the ROM during the Christmas week.

For the Nokia 6.1 Plus, the company has consolidated the December security patch inside. The update size is 1.3GB.

As usual for any Android 10 version, the update comes with system-wide dark mode, smart replies, gesture navigation, and more privacy controls.

The update started rolling out yesterday, which means you may not find it on your device right away. You should buy some patience instead. To check the update manually Go to Settings, then About Phone, System Updates, and tap on Check for update.
