Android Q has some significant upgrades in store and will be even bigger as compared to when Android Pie launched. You probably already know that our phones are susceptible to malicious apps now more than ever, and Android Q will be our saviour for fixing major Android vulnerabilities.

You may have an urge to be part of the Android Q beta journey just before the full rollout is officially launched a few weeks from now. With over 20 devices included in the beta program, most of them will need you to have a reasonable budget before you can acquire one. Of all the Android Q beta devices, TECNO Spark 3 Pro is the cheapest budget device that gives you a chance to test out Google’s next Android OS.

As a matter of fact, TECNO’s spark 3 pro was the first device from TECNO to be ever included in the Android Q beta program. Starting at only Ksh 12,500 TECNO spark 3 pro is suitable for anyone; whether you’re a guy that loves budget devices or you want to have a share of Android Q on a tight budget.

TECNO Spark 3 Pro specs include a 6.2-inch 720p resolution display with 2GB of RAM paired with 32GB of expandable internal storage. A 3500mAh battery powers the device and you get the latest Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. In the camera department, there’s a dual setup for the primary camera made of a 13MP + 2MP lens; on the other hand, the selfie camera is an 8MP snapper.

For this price point, you don’t expect mid-range features like fast charging technology, USB Type-C support –but at least it doesn’t hurt your budget either in any way.
