Samsung has been rolling out Android Lollipop update to some of its devices for some time now. With the update, some Samsung users have reported issues with their devices after the updating to Android Lollipop. Samsung has acknowledged the existence of these issues and has promised to fix them.
Even with these problems, Samsung will not stop rolling out Lollipop to its other devices with the latest one being the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime.
Samsung has revealed that it is rolling out micro-updates to those affected. The company said that its engineers are working on these micro-updates that will be available very soon.
For those who do not want to wait for the micro-updates, Samsung is suggesting they ‘factory reset’ their devices as other users have found this option helpful.
