At Build 2015 last week, Microsoft revealed that its Windows Insider program has 3.7 Million registered users up from 2 million users a few months ago. This is quite a huge jump for Microsoft and the Windows family in general

The Windows Insider program allows Windows Phone users to test the upcoming Windows version, Windows 10. This rise shows a continued interest in Windows 10 that Microsoft hopes to have in over 1 billion devices in the next three years.

Microsoft hopes that the over 3.7 million people in the Windows Insider program will provide the feedback the company needs as it puts the final touches to Windows 10. Feedback from users is very important as this is what will determine the changes to be made. The changes to be made will determine how Windows 10 is received when launched.

I will be following this closely till Windows 10 is available for all devices (both PCs and Smartphones). It will be interesting to see its adoption and reception.
