NTT DATA is set to launch an AI Factory Lab in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in September 2026.
This new facility will bring together NTT DATA’s AI, digital business and technology services expertise with technologies from ecosystem partners such as Cisco and NVIDIA.
The AI Factory Lab will offer executive briefings, AI strategy workshops and hands-on demonstrations. All these are designed to help organizations identify high-impact use cases, assess potential business outcomes and move AI projects from experimentation into production.
“While interest in AI continues to grow, many organizations are looking for a practical path from experimentation to business outcomes,” said Hani Nofal, Executive Head of Infrastructure Solutions in Middle East and Africa, NTT DATA.
“The AI Factory Lab brings together the expertise, technologies and ecosystem partnerships needed to help clients identify the right use cases, deploy AI securely and scale with confidence.”
Focus on secure and scalable AI
Demonstrations at the facility will cover employee productivity, customer experience, intelligent operations, cybersecurity, networking, software development and industry-specific business processes.
Organizations will also be able to explore agentic AI and identify how AI agents can automate workflows, support decision-making, improve customer and employee experiences and extract greater value from enterprise data.
One of the featured experiences will be the Cisco Secure AI Factory with NVIDIA. This will demonstrate how enterprises can build, deploy, secure, govern and scale AI workloads on an enterprise-grade infrastructure foundation.
Cisco will provide networking, security, observability and collaboration capabilities for the lab. NVIDIA will contribute accelerated computing and AI software, including the NVIDIA Agent Toolkit and open Nemotron and Cosmos models.
Cassie Roach, VP of Partner Sales, AI Infrastructure & Connectivity at Cisco, said the lab will give organizations a secure environment to test and refine their AI strategies before they can commit to full-scale deployments.
Dirk Barfuss, Director of EMEA Channel at NVIDIA, added that the facility will allow customers across the Middle East and Africa to experience AI infrastructure and software firsthand.
