Airtel Kenya has expanded its retail presence at the Coast with the launch of four new customer experience stores across Mombasa County.
The new outlets are located at Sabasaba, Airport Centre Mall, Nyali Bazaar and Likoni. They are meant to bring Airtel’s products and support services closer to customers while improving access to in-person assistance.
Customers visiting the stores will be able to access a range of services, including SIM registration and replacement, Airtel Money support, customer onboarding, device assistance, and voice and data solutions for both individuals and businesses.
“Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. As we continue to grow across Kenya, we are focused on making our services more accessible and more convenient,” said Airtel Kenya Managing Director Djibril Tobe. “These new customer care shops are another step towards our goal of bringing Airtel closer to customers while delivering the quality service they expect from us.”
Tobe added that the company will continue investing in its retail network alongside network infrastructure and digital innovation to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Airtel Kenya’s Customer Experience Director, Goldermier Opiyo, said the expanded retail footprint will enable the company to better respond to customer needs across Mombasa County.
“Every new shop brings us closer to our customers. By expanding our presence across Mombasa, we are making it easier for customers to access personalised support, resolve their queries quickly and enjoy a better overall experience whenever they visit an Airtel shop,” she said.
