Red Dot Distribution has announced new leadership changes with Nishad Mairal taking over as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company and Munir Bharwani taking over as Managing Director.
According to the company, Bharwani will focus on guiding the broader strategic direction of the business in his new role as Managing Director. Mairal, meanwhile, will lead the company’s day-to-day operations as CEO and drive Red Dot Distribution’s next phase of growth.
“Built over 25 years on long-term thinking, strong partnerships, and continuous evolution, Red Dot is entering its next phase with strengthened leadership,” the company said in its announcement.
Red Dot Distribution described the leadership transition as a reflection of the strong foundation established over the years while positioning the company for continued innovation, growth, and stronger partnerships across its markets.
The company added that the new leadership structure combines experience and a shared vision to steer Red Dot Distribution into its next phase of development.
