Airtel Kenya has launched a new set of affordable data plans called Unlimited Fun. These bundles give customers unlimited access to the internet at all times and at full speed.

Airtel says these new data bundles are designed to keep Kenyans connected, entertained and productive as the festive season begins. Customers can choose between the Unlimited Fun 1-hour bundle priced at Ksh 19 or the Unlimited Fun 3-hour bundle priced at Ksh 45. Both plans allow users to browse, stream, download, play online games or tether their devices without interruptions.

Airtel subscribers can buy the bundles several times a day by dialing *544# or using the My Airtel App. Payment options include airtime and mobile money (even M-pesa) and users can also gift the bundles to friends or family.

The company says the Unlimited Fun bundles are part of its continued effort to offer more flexible and affordable data options. They also complement other initiatives such as the Rudishiwa cashback deal, where Airtel Money users receive their transaction fees back as airtime. The 50% reimbursement of bank to wallet transactions as airtime applies to transactions done from the banks’ mobile apps, USSD codes or internet banking.
