Samsung’s 2025 range of smart TVs and appliances introduces a leap in intelligent functionality with Samsung Vision AI, alongside robust security via Samsung Knox and fresh warranty assurances. These innovations signal not merely enhanced display performance, but also peace of mind for users in Kenya as the models roll out locally.

    Vision AI: The Smarter Screen

Vision AI is the improved spec behind Samsung’s 2025 TV range, available on Neo QLED 8K, Neo QLED 4K, OLED, QLED and The Frame models. This Samsung Vision AI enables the screen to sense its environment, adapt to ambient lighting, and optimise both picture and sound in real time. Vision AI also empowers features such as Click to Search, offering instant content information, and Live Translate, delivering subtitle translation in up to seven languages, all without interruption to entertainment.

    Knox Security: Hardware‑Level Protection

Security remains front of mind. Samsung extends its Knox platform, built to safeguard devices at the hardware level, across its Home AI ecosystem, spanning TVs and appliances. The addition of Knox Vault, now found in home appliances for the first time, stores sensitive data, including passwords, in a dedicated secure chip. Combined with Knox Matrix Trust Chain, which employs blockchain technology to monitor the security status of connected devices, Samsung delivers an elevated security posture.

    Warranty and Ongoing Support

Samsung emphasises consistent protection for Samsung TV owners. Samsung provides a 12-month standard manufacturer’s warranty on all its televisions sold in Kenya. Additionally, for UHD and QLED TVs measuring 40 inches or larger, purchased from an authorised Samsung dealer since 1 November 2018, Samsung extends the warranty to 24 months.

Through Vision AI, Samsung transforms screens into responsive, intelligent companions rather than passive displays. Coupled with enterprise‑grade security via Knox and prolonged support timelines, the 2025 models set a new benchmark in both smart functionality and consumer confidence.
