Infinix has announced the availability of the Infinix GT20 pro on pre-order in Kenya. The phone was officially launched in April 2024 and never made its way to Kenya. it is strange to see the company launch it in Kenya almost a year after its global unveiling. This means that you are getting old hardware that may not make the phone desirable anymore.

The Chinese manufacturer announced this through Twitter revealing the price of the phone to be Ksh 39,999. Every pre-order of the phone will also get the Infinix GT Buds for free.

“The GT20 Pro is now available for preorder for just Ksh. 39,999! Pre-order comes with FREE GT Buds! To place your preorder, send payment via M-PESA to 0741609298 and forward the message to the same number!” the company said.

The pre-order process could have been better, as requiring people to send money to a random number doesn’t sound professional
