Through the International Money Transfer service, sending and receiving cash via Airtel Money helps you to save on currency exchange fees that you encounter when converting currency in a foreign country.

    A recent report by the Central Bank of Kenya, showed that the country’s diaspora remittances rose by 8.34% to $4.027 billion in 2022 closing on exports from key economic sectors such as tourism, tea and horticulture that brought in $5.77 billion worth of foreign currency.

    • Ethiopia: Ethio Telcom.

    • Tanzania: Airtel Tanzania, Vodacom Tanzania, and Tigo Pesa Tanzania.
