DStv is one of the oldest pay TV services in Kenya. Owned by MultiChoice, DStv has a wide range of TV and radio channels users can access. The number of channels a user can access depends on the specific package they choose. With all DStv packages, you do need a satellite dish and a decoder.
DStv Kenya is popular for its Sports channels under SuperSport. It is particularly popular as it broadcasts all English Premier league matches on SuperSport Premier League Channel 203. If you are a football fan this is the channel to stick to as well as some other Sports oriented channels on SuperSport.

DStv Lite Channels
DStv Lite channels total 51 as of April 2024. This is the most affordable DStv package you can get in Kenya at the moment. DStv Lite price in Kenya is Ksh 700. With this package, you get up to 10HD channels as well as 3 sports channels and at least 5 kids channels. For sports, you do have access to SuperSport Blitz and SuperSport Variety 4.

How to pay for DStv Kenya Packages
DStv Kenya packages can be paid through a number of ways ranging from bank deposit, debit order, M-Pesa etc. You can pay through your bank and all you have to do is contact them for that information. For those wishing to pay through M-Pesa, go to the Paybill menu
- Enter the DStv Business number i.e. Paybill number: DStv: 444900.
- Enter the DStv Basket ID (reference number) as displayed on Eazy Self Service
- Enter the amount you want to pay
- Confirm the details entered, Click ‘Ok’
- The following message will be displayed: Sending >>> Sent Wait for Mpesa to Reply, then Click ‘Ok”
- You will then receive a confirmation SMS of your payment.
How to change DStv Package in kenya?
