Last week, Samsung officially unveiled the new Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5. These are the latest foldables from the company and are available on preorder in Kenya through Samsung Brand cart here. The prices start from Ksh 193,000 for the Z Flip 5 and Ksh 325,000 for the Z Fold 5. 

The new Galaxy foldables are not that different from their predecessors. They share quite a number of features and have only had a handful of upgrades. If you already have the Galaxy Z Flip 4 or Z Fold 5, it is safe to skip the Flip and Fold 5. Samsung decided to go with a safe approach with these new foldables that will be available in Kenya soon. 

Those who pre-order the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will get a pair of Galaxy Buds 2 while those who pre-order the Z Fold 5 will get the Samsung Watch 5 for free.

  • Front Camera: 4MP under display and 10MP cover camera
  • RAM:12GB
  • Storage: 256/512GB OR 1tb
  • Battery Capacity: 4,400mAh, 25W charging
  • Android 13, One UI 5.1.1

Galaxy Flip 5 and Fold 5 Availability in Kenya

The preorder period is expected to run for the next 3 weeks. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Fold 5 should be in retail stores in Kenya anytime from then for Ksh 193,000 and Ksh 325,000 respectively.
