The Tecno Camon series has just been updated with the addition of the Camon 16s in Kenya. This phone joins the Tecno Camon 16 Premier that has been available in Kenya for a few months and that I reviewed recently.
I loved the Camon 16 Premier and I am curious to use the Camon 16s and see what it has to offer.
The Tecno Camon 16s is available in Kenya starting from Ksh 16,500 on Jumia and most other smartphone retail shops across the country. At this price, the Camon 16s is an affordable variant in the series and will be perfect for those who cannot afford the Camon 16 Premier.
Given the fact that this is a cheaper version of the Camon 16 Premier, it comes with good specs but cannot match the Premier. Even with that said, the Camon 16s still has some decent specifications that make it worth considering for anyone looking for a smartphone within this price range.
The phone comes with a 6.6-inch display with a resolution of 720 by 1600 pixels. This phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 processor that has been paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage space. Not a bad configuration for a smartphone within this price range.
