The Infinix Hot series is to be refreshed very soon according to a Google Play Console Listing. This is one of the company’s entry level series and the next one, the Infinix Hot 10 Lite, has been outed by the listing.

The Google Play Console listing of the Infinix Hot 10 Lite was spotted by tipster Mukul Sharma who shared the same on Twitter. Through the listing, we get to see some of the key specifications the phone will have. The Infinix Hot 10 series is the successor to the Hot 9 that in Kenya is available in two variants, the standard Infinix Hot 9 and the Infinix Hot 9 Play. These are available for Ksh 13,000 and Ksh 12,000 respectively.

From the leaked specifications, the Infinix HOT 10 Lite is as entry level as entry level smartphones get. The specifications we get here include the MediaTek Helio A22 that powers this phone and this is paired with 2GB of RAM. No major upgrades compared to the Hot 9 series but we did not expect major changes considering the fact that the Hot 9 series has not been on the market for so long.

Besides the processor and RAM capacity, the Infinix Hot 10 Lite will come with an HD+ resolution of 1600×720 pixels. The display size is not known at this point but the pixel density is 320ppi.

The phone will come with Android 10 out of the box as expected. Google recently announced that devices with low RAM (2GB and lower) will launch as Android Go devices and since we do not know the exact state of the Hot 10 Lite, it may never get the update or may end up as an Android Go device.

Most of the other specifications are still unknown at this point but we should know those very soon.
