Spotify Let’s You Hide ‘Bad Songs’ in Playlists Curated by Others

spotify android

Music is one of those things where how good or bad a certain song is depends on your taste. Everyone has their own music tastes. Even on great playlists, you will often find a few songs that you don’t like – and that’s okay.

There’s, however, a way to overcome this and that’s by curating your own playlists – a tiresome exercise.  Fortunately, Spotify understands this and that’s what it’s latest APK addresses.

In the latest version, Spotify users can now hide ‘bad’ songs inside a playlist curated by others. If you change your taste in the future, you can still unhide these songs.

The app will let you hide the bad eggs via the context menu on both iOS and Android. This feature will be solely available on premium subscribers who shell out at least $10 — nearly the same as what you pay for Netflix.

Spotify’s premium perks include ad-free access to over 35million available on the platform, offline listening, access to Spotify Radio as well as the ability to watch music videos right inside the app. Besides you can also play songs in their order instead of shuffling.
