Huawei is back, ladies and gentlemen, with new flagship devices that hopefully will reclaim the company’s name in the market even without Google Mobile Services. The company already unveiled the Lite version in the series, Huawei P40 Lite, and today’s event is dedicated to the flagship P40 series devices; P40 and P40 Pro.

Like many other smartphone companies that have opted to launch phones remotely, Huawei will also be doing a live stream. The event will be publicly live-streamed, starting at 4:00 PM local time (GMT+3). The event will be available on YouTube, and you can join via the live stream link provided below.

The event has been marked with the tagline Visionary Photography, which implies new photography features are on the way. Last year’s Huawei P30 series, specifically P30 Pro, had novel features, especially it’s Night Mode, which pushed everything beyond the limits in the mobile industry.

    Leaks?

Its been a norm to see smartphones leaked before the official unveiling. For the upcoming Huawei P40 devices, leaks suggest massive redesign. Renders have shown curved screens, a dual punch-hole display, and a sizeable rectangle-ish camera bump at the back.

5G support is also expected, just like other 2020 flagship devices.
