    OnePlus 7 Pro Wins GSMA’s Best Smartphone of 2019 Award

    No MWC. No Problem. The GSM Association has crowned OnePlus 7 Pro as the best smartphone of 2019 in its 2020 GLOMO awards, which were to be held at its cancelled MWC annual event in Spain.

    The phone has been undoubtedly one of the best value flagship devices in 2019. From design to performance: it ticked on almost (almost due to lack of wireless charging, if it’s a deal-breaker) every aspect any smartphone user needs.

    It features a 6.67-inch Fluid AMOLED QHD+ display refreshing at 90fps, up to 12 GB of RAM, up to 256 GB of storage, a liquid cooling engine, and is powered by Qualcomm’s 2019 flagship Snapdragon chipset. We are not forgetting the Dolby Atmos dual stereo speakers.  

    Here is what the judges had to say;

    “This is virtually unsurpassable from a technology perspective, with class-leading processor speed, rapid charge times and excellent software. An all-round product at an accessible price point, the company should also be recognised for its impressively successful go to market strategy.”
