Earlier today, the Infinix S5 was unveiled earlier today in India as the successor to the Infinix S4. I reviewed the S4 a few months back and loved it and the S5 looks like the upgrade we have been waiting for.
We have shared some information about the Infinix S5 before and they all have been true. It is the first device from the company to have a punch hole notch/selfie. This notch style has been popularized by Samsung and we are seeing other manufacturers adopt it.
The phone has just been announced in India with a retail price of approximately Ksh 13,000. This is a fair price considering what the phone has to offer and is slightly cheaper than the price the Infinix S4 debuted at. In Kenya it is available at a much expensive price of above Ksh 19,000.

From the specifications listed above, the Infinix S5 borrows a lot from the Tecno Camon 12. Both devices are from the same company so this was expected but they do have some key differences. One of the main one is a 32MP selfie camera on the S5. Infinix S devices are selfie-centered devices and we expected a high megapixel front-facing camera and that is what we got.
