Infinix is set to officially launch its next smartphone, the Infinix Note 5, in Dubai in less than a week. This phone will join the Infinix Hot 6, Hot 6 Pro and the Infinix S3, smartphones we have seen the company launch in the country recently.

The Infinix Note 5 is the company’s device made for professionals and those keen on productivity. The phone is the successor to the Infinix Note 4 and Note 4 Pro from last year. There will be a normal Note 5 and the Note 5 Stylus that as expected, will come with a Stylus pen. Unlike the one on the Note 4 Pro, the Stylus on the Note 5 will be stored inside the phone and not on the phone cover. This is something I am happy with, having the Stylus pen on the cover was just weird and forced you to carry the bulky phone cover around with you.

The Stylus aside, the Infinix Note 5 is promising to be an interesting device from the specs that have been shared by online retailer, Jumia. Speaking of Jumia, you can pre-order the Infinix Note 5 right now for only Ksh 17.939. There is now news as to when you will get the phone once you pre-order it but my guess is that you should have it by the end of the month.

Infinix has been very active the last few weeks after the launch of the Hot 6 series and now the Infinix S3 and the Note 5 series that we will be seeing in less than a week. All these devices are strategically priced between Ksh 11,000 and 20,000, a market segment the company has been keen to dominate. With the Note 5 series, the company will use it to prove to the market that it can still make affordable devices with decent specifications.

Below are some of the key specifications of the Infinix Note 5.

    Infinix Note 5 Specs
