We have already told you that Samsung is getting ready to unveil the Galaxy C9 smartphone that will be unveiled either in October or November this year.  When rumors about the launch date surfaced, we were still left in the dark when it came to the phone’s specifications. The specifications are the most important things we want to know about this smartphone and it looks like that information is hard to find.

If you have been waiting to know more about the specifications of the Galaxy C9, you will be happy you know that we have got the first glimpse of what this phone will offer. The one thing you might be excited about is the 6GB of RAM the phone comes with according to a Geekbench listing. The listing also reveals that this phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor and will have Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow preinstalled. I was expecting it to come with Android 7.0 Nougat but it looks like this is not the case. I am hoping that the phone will be updated to Android 7.0 very soon.

Besides the Geekbench listing, the Galaxy C9 has also passed by AnTuTu further revealing some of its key specs. The AnTuTu listing also confirms some of the specifications that we have already seen on the Geekbench listing including the 6GB of RAM and the Snapdragon 652 processor.

Besides confirming some of the specs we have already seen, the AnTuTu listing also reveals that the Galaxy C9 will have the Adreno 510 GPU, Full HD resolution and 64 GB of internal storage space. The listing also reveals that the phone has a 16MP camera at the back and another 16MP front facing one, an interesting combination right there.

This is all we know about the Galaxy C9 so far since Samsung is not being generous with the information, we will know more about it as we get close to the October-November launch window.
