HTC is one of the few companies that actually makes good smartphones in terms of design and performance. Even with this, HTC is still struggling with sales and last year the company saw its profits drop by 35%. The company revealed this as it released its financial report for 2015.

Revenue stood at $3.65 billion which is a significant drop from the $5.64 billion figure recorded in 2014. Check out the performance in 2015 indicated below.

As the year went to a close, HTC recorded positive revenue figures and in November managed to reach a six-month high in November. The company did not go in detail as to what led to this but it is believed to be the introduction of the One A9 may have played a big role.

The holiday shopping spirit may have also played a huge role for this but surprising enough, December figures were not that good compared to other months. Sales for December stood at $195.7 million which is a drop of over 57% year-on-year and over 36% from the previous month (November).
