Check out This Video of BlackBerry’s First Android Device, The BlackBerry Venice

A few days ago, I shared with you photos of what is to be BlackBerry’s first Android smartphone, the BlackBerry Venice. The photo did not reveal much about this device, except for the fact that it will be powered by Android and will have a sliding display.

On Friday, we finally saw the first video of the BlackBerry Venice that gave us a clue as to what to expect from BlackBerry when it officially launches the Venice. From the video, the device looks really good and something that I would want to own.

The device looks really interesting and brings back the sliding display and QWERTY keyboards we have come to associate BlackBerry with. As you will see from the video below, the BlackBerry Venice has a sizable speaker grill at the bottom which am sure will be as loud as any other BlackBerry device out there.

BlackBerry has not officially said anything about this device but that is not strange. Manufacturers rarely say much about their rumored devices especially when they are not ready to officially launch them. Even with this, am sure the BlackBerry Venice will be out by the end of the year.
