Excitement for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 started building up months before Samsung officially announced the device at this year’s edition of IFA. The company announced the Note 4 on September 3rd and used the opportunity to introduce a surprise device, the Galaxy Note Edge. The Note Edge ended up stealing the show but Samsung disappointed some people by revealing that it will Only ship 1 Million units this year.

Ever since unveiling the Galaxy Note 4, Samsung has been working behind the scenes to get the device to all corners of the world and has even confirmed that it will be available in over 140 countries by the end of this month (October).

Samsung has already launched the Note 4 in its home country of South Korea and yesterday the company shed some light as to when we can expect the device in different countries. According to the Chart Samsung released through its Facebook page, we should expect the Galaxy Note 4 in Kenya on the 24th of October. This will be the same date the device launches in two other countries in West Africa.

South Africans will be the first ones in Africa to get the Note 4 as it will be launched on October 18th. In Egypt, it will be launched on the 28th of October.
