The Nokia 130 Goes On Sale in Kenya for Kshs. 2,500

Microsoft Devices Group (formerly Nokia) has always managed to stay relevant in all spheres of the mobile phone market from the entry-level devices to the mid range devices and even the high end Smartphones. Of late, the company has been focusing on mid range and high end devices with very few entry-level devices.  This does not mean that the company has neglected the entry level market and to prove this, the company has a new mobile phone for the entry-level segment, the Nokia 130.

The Nokia 130 is now available in Kenya and is retailing at Kshs. 2,500. Microsoft says the Nokia 130 is perfect for the first time mobile phone buyers or for those who want a reliable backup phone that compliments their Smartphones. It has a built-in video player, music player with up to 46 hours continuous playback on a single charge and everyday essentials including outstanding battery life, a flashlight, FM radio and USB charging.

The Nokia 130 has a tiny 1.8-inch screen and a durable design. This phone is available in two variants, a single SIM one and a Dual SIM one. The single SIM variant has a standby time of 36 days while the Dual SIM variant has a standby time of 26 days. Both variants have microSD cards slots that can support up to 32GB SD cards.

Both the single SIM and Dual SIM variants are available in black.
