For a very long time now, BlackBerry devices have been known to have specific designs that have been helpful in connecting the devices with it targeted customers. BlackBerry has not forgotten about this and is believed to be working on a new device that will reflect on its past. The device known as the BlackBerry classic is aimed at the long time BlackBerry users who want that nostalgic look.

To look at it closely, the BlackBerry classic will spot the same old school features such as the trackpad, function keys for Send, Back, End and Menu. It will also have the OWERTY keypad synonymous will BlackBerry devices. According to reliable sources the BlackBerry classic will have the best battery seen on any BlackBerry model.

The screen of the BlackBerry classic will be 3.5 inch in size to give space to the physical QWERTY keypad. Under the frame it will be powered by a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor and 2GB of RAM. This Smartphone will come with BlackBerry 10.3 preinstalled.

The expected launch date for the BlackBerry classic is November this year and the company hopes to replicate the success it has with devices with the same form factor such as the BlackBerry Bold 9000.
