Samsung has today officially launched the Galaxy S26 FE in Kenya. The phone will be available for KES 103,100 for the 8GB RAM model with 256GB of storage. 

It will be available through select retail stores from September 4, 2026.

The S26 FE comes with a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 4,900mAh battery. Samsung says the battery can be charged to 69% in just 30 minutes when using a 45W adapter.

Manish Jangra, Head of Mobile Experience at Samsung, said, “With the Galaxy S26 FE, our objective is to lower the barrier to premium mobile experiences by providing our Kenyan customers with advanced AI productivity tools, reliable performance and an exceptional camera, ensuring that cutting-edge technology remains useful and accessible to everyone.”

The Galaxy S26 FE is set to receive up to seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates. 

For photography and video, the phone comes with a triple rear camera system has a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera and 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

Pricing and Availability

The Galaxy S26 FE will be available in Blueberry, Pistachio and Graphite. The 8+256GB configuration will sell for KES 103,100 from September 4.

Samsung is also bundling local purchases with Samsung Care+ and a complimentary six-month Google AI Pro trial, which includes additional cloud storage and advanced productivity features.
