Nutanix and accelerated compute platform ChronoScale Holdings Corporation have announced a strategic partnership aimed at helping enterprises deploy and scale artificial intelligence workloads more easily.
The partnership will combine Nutanix’s hybrid cloud and enterprise AI capabilities with ChronoScale’s accelerated computing infrastructure and AI Foundry platform.
Under the agreement, ChronoScale plans to integrate Nutanix software into its AI infrastructure platform to support services including customer onboarding, tenant management, infrastructure virtualisation, managed Kubernetes and AI service delivery.
The companies also plan to provide customers with access to additional GPU capacity through ChronoScale’s GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), alongside its Token Factory offering for AI inference workloads. These services are expected to work with Nutanix’s enterprise AI capabilities, including Agent Gateway and Private Inferencing.
A key element of the partnership will see Nutanix enable the deployment of ChronoScale Foundry within enterprise environments.
The platform is designed to allow organisations to build, operate and govern AI agents and workflows within their own infrastructure, keeping enterprise data, agents and workflow state within the organisation’s environment.
ChronoScale Foundry is expected to be made available through the Nutanix Kubernetes Platform Catalog, extending Nutanix’s AI infrastructure capabilities into managed agentic AI workloads.
The partnership is also built around the companies’ respective relationships with NVIDIA. ChronoScale is an NVIDIA Cloud Partner, while Nutanix is an NVIDIA technology partner and independent software vendor with NVIDIA-validated software for enterprise AI deployments.
ChronoScale plans to deploy NVIDIA HGX B300 systems, NVIDIA Spectrum-X networking and NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, including NVIDIA NIM microservices and NVIDIA NeMo.
