Samsung Launches Direct-to-Consumer Online Brand Store in Kenya

Samsung Brand Store Launch

Samsung Brand Store Launch

Samsung has partnered with Housewives Paradise to launch the Samsung Brand Store, a direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform designed to expand the company’s digital retail presence in Kenya.

The platform is available at samsungbrandstore.co.ke and is operated by local partner Housewives Paradise and supported by an e-commerce technology and operations vendor.

The new store targets Kenya’s increasingly mobile-first consumer market, leveraging the country’s high internet usage and established mobile payment ecosystem. Samsung says the platform will complement its existing retail network while introducing exclusive products and inventory aimed at expanding demand across its product categories.

The Samsung Brand Store will offer an online-exclusive range featuring products with unique colour options, specialised sizes and selected home appliances and mobile devices not otherwise available in the local market.

The platform also integrates WhatsApp conversational commerce, allowing shoppers to start product consultations, access live sales assistance and track orders through the messaging platform.

Enterprise ordering platform

Alongside the consumer store, Samsung has launched a dedicated B2B portal at samsungbrandstore.co.ke/b2b.

The platform is aimed at organisations including corporates, SACCOs, educational institutions, healthcare providers and government agencies. It supports bulk device procurement and integrates enterprise security capabilities through Samsung Knox Manage and Knox Guard.

Speaking during the launch, Francis Modi, E-Commerce Manager at Samsung Electronics East Africa, said the platform represents a new way for Samsung to engage customers in Kenya.

“Today, we take a monumental step forward in how Samsung connects with, serves, and delivers value to our consumers across Kenya.”
