OPPO Kenya has expanded its retail footprint with the opening of a new Experience Shop at The Hub Karen. The new outlet becomes OPPO’s 14th Experience Shop in Kenya and its eighth in Nairobi.
The Experience Shop is designed to give customers an opportunity to test the latest OPPO devices, receive expert product advice, purchase genuine accessories and access after-sales support and repair services in one location.
The opening comes shortly after OPPO introduced its latest smartphone lineup in the Kenyan market, including the Reno 15 Series, the A6 Series and the Find N6 foldable smartphone.
“The Hub Karen is an important addition to our growing retail network as we continue bringing OPPO closer to our customers. As our fourteenth experience shop in Kenya, this new location reflects our commitment to making it easier for customers to explore our latest innovations, receive expert advice, access genuine accessories and enjoy reliable after-sales support, all under one roof,” said Fredrique Achieng, Public Relations Manager at OPPO Kenya.
Beyond device sales, the company says the new store is intended to create a more engaging customer journey through live product demonstrations, personalised consultations, and dedicated service support throughout a device’s lifecycle.
The Experience Shop stocks OPPO’s current smartphone portfolio, including the Reno 15 Pro 5G, Reno 15 5G, Reno 15F 5G, A6, A6x and the Find N6 foldable smartphone, alongside genuine accessories and official after-sales services.
