Mantrac Kenya has officially launched the “Advantage” Program, a loyalty initiative designed to reward customers for their everyday spend on Caterpillar equipment, parts, and services. The programme comes as Caterpillar marks 100 years of dealership presence in Kenya, celebrating a century of building the nation together.

The Advantage Program is designed to reward loyalty with a points-based system that gives back on every purchase. Customers earn points on equipment, parts, and service, which can then be redeemed against a wide range of benefits including parts and service support, extended warranty and Customer Value Agreements, equipment attachments, Cat merchandise, and subscriptions such as VisionLink and Condition Monitoring.

Customers can also benefit from boosters and accelerators that multiply the value of their points. Transactions through Parts.Cat.Com or service jobs earn 50 percent more points, while seasonal promotions provide additional rewards. Customers who connect more than 60 percent of their Cat fleet through ProductLink and log into VisionLink each month will receive extra monthly accelerators, creating even more value from their partnership with Mantrac.

Commenting on the launch, Mohamed Ibrahim, Managing Director of Mantrac Kenya, said: “The Advantage Program is our way of showing gratitude to our customers who have stood with Caterpillar and Mantrac over the years. As we celebrate 100 years of Caterpillar dealership presence in Kenya, this initiative ensures that every purchase our customers make is rewarded with tangible value, helping them reinvest in their businesses.”

Sean Watson, Head of Commerce and Value Stream at Mantrac Group, added:” Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. With the Advantage Program, we are not only recognising loyalty but also encouraging greater digital adoption through VisionLink and connected fleet technologies. This blend of rewards and innovation empowers our customers to maximise efficiency and get more from their partnership with Mantrac.”

All existing customers are automatically enrolled in the Advantage Program, which is now live. With loyalty tiers ranging from Bronze to Platinum, each level unlocks further benefits and discounts, offering customers new ways to grow their businesses while celebrating a century of Caterpillar in Kenya.
