Global early-stage venture capital firm Antler has officially opened applications for its next Nairobi cohort. It is calling on exceptional founders ready to build transformative startups from the ground up. Those interested can apply here.
If you have a startup you want featured on TechArena, let us know through this contact form here.
The program is targeting:
- Solo operators with bold ideas,
- Teams on the verge of launching, and
- Builders quietly developing innovative solutions and are now ready to go all-in.
With a presence in over 25 cities globally, Antler is known for backing founders from “day zero”, before they’ve incorporated or raised any external funding. Selected participants will receive $100,000 in pre-seed investment, access to a global investor network, and hands-on support from Antler’s Nairobi-based team and experts around the world.
“We’re looking for high-performing individuals with the grit and clarity to build game-changing startups from Nairobi,” said the Antler Nairobi team. “If you’re obsessed with solving real problems and are ready to build, we want to hear from you.”
Who Should Apply?
Antler Nairobi is looking for:
- Tech or innovation-driven ideas that can scale across markets or disrupt industries
- Experienced professionals, repeat founders, or technical builders
- Mission-driven individuals who thrive under pressure and move fast
- Founders ready to build from Nairobi, but with pan-African or global ambitions
The Nairobi program has previously backed startups across fintech, healthtech, logistics, edtech, and climate innovation, many of which have gone on to raise follow-on funding and scale beyond East Africa.
Applications are now open and being reviewed on a rolling basis. Founders or aspiring founders are encouraged to apply early via the official Antler Nairobi platform.
